What are typical results, & how long do they last?
Most clients can expect beautifully healed piercings with minimal discomfort when proper aftercare is followed. Immediately after your ear piercing, it’s normal to experience slight redness, swelling, or tenderness around the area. These effects typically subside within a few days.
Once healed, your piercing will maintain its shape and opening indefinitely, as long as you continue to wear earrings regularly. For lobe piercings, full healing usually takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Your results largely depend on your body’s natural healing process and your commitment to proper hygiene and aftercare. Our skilled professionals uses the Studex system and high-quality jewelry to promote optimal healing and long-lasting results.
If you ever remove your earrings for an extended period—especially within the first year—the piercing can begin to close. We recommend keeping earrings in consistently until the piercing is fully matured.

Innovative Health and MedSpa Medical Ear Piercings has no downtime needed after a Studex ear piercing—most clients can return to their normal activities immediately. However, it's important to avoid touching the piercing with unwashed hands and to follow all aftercare instructions to support proper healing.
